Those looking for careers as operations managers should consider the educational and employment opportunities in Florida. There are currently 52,800 jobs for operations managers in Florida and this is projected to grow by nine percent to 59,490 jobs by 2016. In order to be successful in the workplace, operations managers must be reliable and be able to take change and lead.
