This is under the national average.

The top employing fields in Louisiana include petroleum products manufacturing, petroleum refineries, basic chemical manufacturing and natural gas liquid extraction.

Louisiana is known for having important landmarks. Louisiana has the tallest state capitol building in the United States; the building is 450 feet tall with 34 floors. One of the many things Louisiana is known for, The Superdome in New Orleans is the world's largest steel-constructed room unobstructed by posts.

Human relations managers should be able to listen to and understand others in meetings and understand what others are saying to them even in a noisy environment.

In order to be successful in the workplace, human relations managers must have exceptional integrity and be able to take change and lead.
