Entrepreneurs can find prosperity in Oklahoma as the state has an abundance of educational and career opportunities. There are currently 25,870 jobs for entrepreneurs in Oklahoma and that number is growing. A projected rise of one percent in employment opportunities will make the figure 28,710 jobs by 2016. In Oklahoma, the income for entrepreneurs is $38 per hour or $79,000 per year. In the U.S. as a whole, their income is $52 hourly or $107,000 per year on average.

With a population of 3,687,050, Oklahoma, also called Sooner State, has grown by 6.9 percent in the last 10 years. Oklahoma City is the state capital. Many springs from the world famous Arbuckle Mountains form Honey Creek that cascades down a seventy-seven foot fall to a natural swimming pool making the majestic Turner Falls the largest waterfall in Oklahoma. Oklahoma has many unique characteristics, but one fun fact in particular is Anadarko is home to the only authentic Indian City in the United States. It is located in the beautiful Washita river valley in southwest Oklahoma.
