There are currently 27,600 jobs for controllers in Texas and the job pool is projected to rise by seven percent over the next 10 years nationally. Controllers should be able to evaluate problems as they arise and articulate ideas and problems.

In order to be successful in the workplace, controllers must have exceptional integrity and be able to absorb the factors involved and a problem and provide a well thought out solution.
