Financial managers can find success in Alaska as the state has plenty of educational and employment prospects. Financial managers conduct research, prepare reports and formulate plans to aid in solution of economic problems arising from production and distribution of goods and services.

The income for financial managers is $41 per hour or $84,000 per year on average in Alaska. Nationally, their income is $53 hourly or $110,000 per year on average.

Home to 698,473 people, Alaska, known as Great Land, has grown by 11.4 percent in the last 10 years. The capital is Juneau. In order to be successful in the workplace, financial managers must have exceptional integrity and be reliable.
